Our client is a food manufacturer based at Rutherford and going through an exciting growth period. Newly secured contracts will deliver stable employment for years to come. We are looking for dedicated, safety focused people that want to be a part of something fresh.
As Production Blender you will ensure effective use of a PLC system to create and match recipes. You will also:

  • Assist with production
  • Load raw materials
  • Weigh ingredients in preparation for production
  • Ensure safety and quality compliance is maintained

Working within fast moving food production facility the highest priorities will be:

  • Safety
  • Food Safety
  • HACCP
  • Quality Assurance
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the site
  • Ensuring Hygiene standards are maintained

To join this growing team you need:

  • Experience working in manufacturing preferably food production
  • Working knowledge of HACCP and GMP
  • History of working in environments requiring measurements with extreme accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Forklift license

This role will work to a permanent day and night rotating shift pattern:
3 x 12hr shift plus 1 x 4hr shift for a 40 hour working week

This role is temp2perm. You will be trialing with HRG for 6 months as a casual and after this successful probation period you will be converted to perm.

Definitely no such thing as being stuck in a cubicle – this role will involve leading a team of 3 highly competent Bookkeepers and will offer a mix of attending to management and financial accounting tasks, coupled with a high volume of face to face meeting with clients.

The key functions of the role:

  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and staff
  • Leading and overseeing a team of Bookkeepers and administration staff

  • Planning and coordinating work and maintaining strong productivity levels

Ideally you will be an expert user of Xero and capable of translating numbers and reports into sensible, logical information for non-Accountants. Great rate of pay is on offer of $27.45/hr and we are looking for an immediate start.
